When I ran outside to get my dh, it had disappeared. Luckily, it reappeared a couple of hours later while we were watching TV so dh got it and released it back into the wild . . . far away from the house. :D Good luck with your mouse situation!AScrappyDesignhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04772731679678660101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-74827512691669559612008-09-20T19:42:00.000-07:002008-09-20T19:42:00.000-07:00i am terrified (to the point of harming myself or ...i am terrified (to the point of harming myself or babies in my arms) at the sight of bugs. I HATE them ALL! Worst - we live in Arizona so we have lovely scorpions to fear as well.
Thankfully - we did get two kitties for their mousing/bug hunting abilities along with cuddling with us.
I am pleased to say that I am still terrified of bugs but knowing that our cats like them as snacks(even the scorpions) makes me hold off on the urge to IMMEDIATELY smoosh the critter. Now- i have a sick joy watching the cats play with the bugs before eating them. It's fantastic.
I hope your kitty will do the same for you and your mice.Golly Gee Damnhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03236805109749905818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-68744495500353885482008-09-19T07:39:00.000-07:002008-09-19T07:39:00.000-07:00oh, that just can't be...not mice again. good luc...oh, that just can't be...not mice again. good luck with the kitty.Knitteristahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00478823553324182659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-32469761804899844512008-09-17T16:20:00.000-07:002008-09-17T16:20:00.000-07:00I am the same way with mice. One night I heard a mouse in a nearby heat vent. You've never seen a pregnant lady move so fast!!

I also hate and fear crickets. Oh lordy, they are evil.

I wish I had good advice on how to combat the fear, but unfortunately I don't!! ;P Tee hee.Kristihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00694952135512076092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-21823683816365663662008-09-17T13:29:00.000-07:002008-09-17T13:29:00.000-07:00It's comforting to hear that I'm not the only one ...It's comforting to hear that I'm not the only one who is afraid of creepy crawlers! I guess it's really just fitting for the upcoming Halloween holiday, isn't it?

Larissa: I'm sending you an email now! :)Early Bird Specialhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09724197460855127636noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-55575143165317784362008-09-17T13:00:00.000-07:002008-09-17T13:00:00.000-07:00Hi, thanks for your kind comment on my blog. Hey, ...Hi, thanks for your kind comment on my blog. Hey, you look like a talented and with-it kind of embroidery guru, can you answer a question? I have these hankies I bought in Belgium for my daughters, thinking I could embroider them in blue for their future weddings (way off!). Is there a secret to embroidering something that looks great on both sides? or will you always have a snarl on one side? sorry for the looong comment.Larissa Hollandhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03901400647777521741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-87011486308720973212008-09-17T10:45:00.000-07:002008-09-17T10:45:00.000-07:00Spiders. Then I realize what it is, and although I don't really like them, I can usually get them in a bag or shoo them with my flip flops out the door. I just don't like when the jump, and boy, do they jump!susanchttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13704084132045240366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-34235179927150984372008-09-17T10:02:00.000-07:002008-09-17T10:02:00.000-07:00Cockroaches.We seldom get them in the house, mostl...Cockroaches.

We seldom get them in the house, mostly because hubby is diligent about setting off foggers in the attic and the crawl space every quarter or so. But if one happens to get into the house and I see it, oh mercy the freakoutedness begins. I've been known to wake hubby up from a dead sleep to kill a cockroach, which he always does without complaint . . . while I'm in another room standing on a piece of furniture that gets my feet as far away from the floor as possible.Glendahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11304081149041159520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1667693775505454285.post-33360364595864374192008-09-17T08:55:00.000-07:002008-09-17T08:55:00.000-07:00Mice don't bother me but oh man, I haaaaaate there...Mice don't bother me but oh man, I haaaaaate there being any kind of bug in my house. Mainly spiders, which is pretty standard but man, they just make me feel so creepy crawly!! When my boyfriend and I lived in Wisconsin for a few months there were ALWAYS these gross little bugs in our room that somehow came in through a door we had that lead to outside. So gross, ugh. I hated going to bed every night!s.janehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06059536455453749704noreply@blogger.com
